I think of myself as healthy right now. I might not be the weight that I astatically want but I still feel I am healthy.

It has taken me a long time to be comfortable with my body but I am almost there. It's more than how much you weight it's also how you look at yourself.

I do believe that 80% is diet for sure. I think of myself as an 80/20. 80% being good clean healthy food and the 20% is the not so clean stuff that I will have on occasion.Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00630973290270943877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4180871091582994226.post-89348635211829824842010-08-28T21:58:26.191-04:002010-08-28T21:58:26.191-04:00Diet is key. I noticed a lot of 'shifting' in my physique from flab to functional even when I wasn't paying that much attention to my diet. When I dialed in what I was eating and kept my workout pretty consistent weight started to move pretty drastically.

(I see you are linking to Mark's Daily Apple so he may have you already dialed in on that front -- he likes to say about 80% of your results are going to come from diet and I tend to believe it based on my own anecdotal experience.)morazihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04825168016145822200noreply@blogger.com
