Back at it... HAPPY CANADA DAY!

HAPPY CANADA DAY!!! It's always been a special day for me because it's the day that my wife and I made our relationship "official" or started going steady if thats still a term. We have been together 9 years today and married for 3 as of June 27th. It may not sound long to some but being that I'm 27 it quite some time!I'm here, I'm here! It's been a while since my last post but I haven't gone anywhere. I was sticking to my routines pretty well up until I went to Cuba. When I got back I had a pretty nasty chest cold that kept me away from my gym for a good few weeks. I got in my first Clubbell full body (CBFB) workout since getting back Last Thursday. I don't really know what direction I want to head in. I have stayed steady at around 210lbs for quite some time know but I really would like to be in the 190-200lbs range. From there I would really like to add some extra mass to my frame. I was able to make it down to 200lbs before going to Cuba but have gone back to about 208lbs. I enjoy the CBFB workout but I have been doing it for a while now and I would like to change it up. I need to figure out a way to light the fire under my ass again. Latley I have been lacking motivation in the gym. I don't particularly know why. I need to find the spark and drive I once had where I was looking forward to getting back in there each day.

FBCB work

Saturday I did the FBCB workout but I forgot to stop the clock :S I switched it up a bit everything I was doing with a 15lbs CB the first day I did with a 20lbs CB. Now I'm working!

Tacfit Firefighter CBFB started...

I decided to start the Tacfit Firefighter full body Clubbell workout. it looks like this....

Clubbbell Full Body Workout:

4 Rounds:
-Front Swing x 20 Repetitions
-Gamma Cast Squat x 10 Repetitions
-Clean to Order Squat x 5 Repetitions (Right and Left)
-Torch Press x 5 Repetitions
-Shoulder Cast x 5 Repetitions (Right and Left).
-Flag Press x 5 Repetitions

The goal is to complete 4 rounds in under 20 minutes.

Yesterday I started it but had a bit of pain my right upper leg so I stopped short.

Today I completed it in 15:57

I used 15lbs for everything except for the swings and the flag press, for those I used 25lbs
