Daily Intu-Flow

It's Easter Sunday and I started it off with some Intu-Flow.

With my messed up work schedule and what not I have started to think about adding in a 15-20 minute yoga session before I get ready for work. This means I would have to get up at about 4:40am rather then 5:00am but I think if I can adjust my body to it I will be ok. Yoga is something I don't do enough of and is one of my weak spots.

If you can sneak a pose in here and there at work too that often helps reenergize the body if you are starting to feel fatigued. Forward folds, side bends and things like that. Especially if you sit in a chair all day, though I din't think you do!
