I just finished my Tacfit Yankee session. It's a 20/10 X 8 and I must say I like this protocol a lot.

I had the weekend off with my wife and went down to Toronto for our anniversary. We had a great time and I didn't over due the diet. I did have a nice steak from The Keg Mansion though.

Today my wife and I are taking my niece to the circus and for dinner. I have never been to one so it should be interesting. I am really looking forward to spending some quality time with both of them.

Today was a good fast paced session. I am completing the final few Tacfit workouts and then it's back to square one but I will track my progress.

I also went for a 6.5k walk withy wife and the dogs.

TACFIT Whiskey

That was a great session! It feels good to be back in the gym. My last day was Friday morning so it's been a while.

Good news I am down to 198lbs. I am very happy with myself for that but I have to keep going and when I get to where I am comfortable I have to learn to maintain. My lifestyle has changed a lot since being 260lbs however there are still adjustments that have to be made. My biggest thing is indulgences. I like my sweets and when I'm having something sweet I like a lot of it. Cake is my biggest weakness.

Getting ready to have the weekend off and to spend some quality time with my wife. That has been lacking as of late do to all the overtime and stresses from work. It is out anniversary on the 27th and we are leaving on the 26th for an over night trip downtown Toronto. I can't say I will watch my diet to much during that time however when I get back it back to the grind stone.

I got up at 5:30 and it was go time. It's really hard to get the moves in that the Uniform program calls for. I got in 8 rounds not bad but lots of room for improvement.

Another day

Intu-flow done today. I will be going on a long walk with the dogs tonight.

Another overtime shift tomorrow. The day are starting to blend in together.

Had to come back into work at 2300hr and cover until 0630hrs. Looks like a 25hr day for me...

Going to get some Intu-Flow in tonight for sure.

Romeo and my new toy...

I completed TACFIT Romeo @ Delta level today with one slight variation. I did 50 25lbs CB shield casts in replace of the 30 kb Get-ups. I tweaked my left knee a bit playing baseball. I think it was from stopping abruptly on a base. I did get a grand slam though!

Well after bickering back and forth with my cell phone carrier I decided to pick up a 32gb iphone. They gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. an iphone is something I have wanted for quite some time now so I am pretty happy about it. I picked it up last evening and I'm now just starting to get use to everything on it. I'm hoping if your reading this and you have an iphone you can let me know what kind of apps your find useful. I have already downloaded the Tacfit Timer. Let me know if you have any tips or tricks. I am hoping that having the iphone will allow me to blog a bit more efficiently as well and this way I can post more picture and what not making things a bit more interesting.

I had just 11 seconds to spear. The move that took the better part of time was the 30 KB get-ups.

Now I have a tun of yard work to do. Going the Burlington water front tonight for a nice walk with my wife.

I couldn't get a comment posted for some strange reason so....
