I just finished my Tacfit Yankee session. It's a 20/10 X 8 and I must say I like this protocol a lot.
I had the weekend off with my wife and went down to Toronto for our anniversary. We had a great time and I didn't over due the diet. I did have a nice steak from The Keg Mansion though.
Today my wife and I are taking my niece to the circus and for dinner. I have never been to one so it should be interesting. I am really looking forward to spending some quality time with both of them.

Look out for those scary circus clowns!
Haha thanks for the tip. The clowns were nice but a bit past their prime. My niece was scared of them at first but they gave her a button and all was good.
