Today is apparently going to get up at 11 degrees so it's going to be nice and warm. Tomorrow will be my second cycle of TFCMDO so I am looking forward to it. I have a sore left hamstring after trying to do a move from the TFS, I think I pulled it a bit. Nothing serious just a bit sore.
