Great workout today. The density cycle was harder then I thought but I love it. I am really enjoying my clubbells.
What a streak last night. It was by far the best steak I have ever had. I seared it in a pan with some oil for three minutes on each side and then cooked it at 450 for 16 minutes to med-well. It was cooked just right because I used a thermometer to check it's temperature at 165 degrees. It was perfect! I had it with a side two small baked potatoes and some cooked mushrooms.
