Weather: Low of 14 high of 23 some rain this morning but calling for sun in the afternoon.

Intu-Flow Beginner
It is "my Friday" at work today. Tuesday and Wednesday are off days. I feel like I haven't gotten any real physical work in other then the Intu-Flow so it will be nice to get back into it.
I might try the next level of Intu-Flow tomorrow and see how that goes.
