I am off today and tomorrow and the forecast is looking good so I am happy about that. It was a good training session today however I felt a bit tight with my swipes more so on the downward portion. I am not really sure why thought. I am thinking about going out and getting some stuff to try to make a smoothie so I might to trying that concoction tomorrow. I think I have to get out there and cut my grass today too.

3:45pm Update...
I had some things to pick up so I decided to go to a few different grocery stores and pick up stuff for smoothies. Dean gave me the idea after posting a long blog yesterday about what smoothies he normally drinks. I never really explored the smoothie, I am not really sure why but I have a blender so I thought hey why not give it a shot. It might make a mean and snack easier at work anyways. I figure it is also a great way to give you body what it needs.

Stuff I got...
- Banana (I had some)
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Plain/Vanilla/Chocolate Almond Milk
- Chocolate Milk
- Coconut Milk
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Plain Yogurt
- Raw Cacao Nibs
- Coffee Beans
- Almond Butter (Cheep sale at Costco)

I will be trying one tomorrow so I will let you know how it goes.

Get creative with the smoothies:) Here is a website with a bunch of different recipies: http://www.smoothie-recipes.com/

Where was the tightness during the swipes?

I guess my body just felt tight in general but I noticed it more on the downward "tuck" when you come down to the flat back squat. There was not pain at all though. I will concentrate on my intu-flow more tomorrow and see how I feel. It could just be an off day too.

I will get creative for sure. I did get the stuff that you use just because I thought that sounded like a good base to start with. I went to a Whole Foods that wasn't too close to me but I had to do some running around the area so I thought I would stop there too. I picked up a small pack of the cacao nibs for 5.99 but if I decide that I like using them I will get them online for sure because they are not cheap like you said. I asked you this on your last blog post but do you not eat breakfast at all on the weekdays? If so man that's a long time to go without food!

Cool deal on the smoothies. My oldest son and I have been on a smoothie for breakfast kick (please don't tell him they aren't milkshakes...) -- in all fairness though, it was a way to sneak in a bit of fruit and mostly because we ran out of eggs. ;-)

I would recommend that you follow the Prasara that came with CTBB. It really helped when I did my Density cycle. JMO

Morazi - That's such a great way to get your kids to eat "good stuff" and not think it's "good" for you. Great idea!

Todd - Thanks for the advice Todd

Hey Brian, yeah, I got into the not eating breakfast habit a while ago. If I'm super hungry I'll eat a little something just to keep the tummy happy. The smoothie is like a shot of energy in the early afternoon and then my main meal is around 4 or 5pm.

Nice selection of smoothie ingredients. Yes, it's crazy what they charge for the cacao nibs. You'd think they were gold!
